FAQ

Common questions

Current answers reflect StoreFlow's supported environments, operating guidance, pricing, and support scope.

Is StoreFlow designed for enterprise stores?

StoreFlow is currently designed for small and growing Shopify wholesale businesses. Enterprise-scale catalogs, high concurrency, SLA requirements, and guaranteed-capacity environments require additional validation.

How many variants are recommended?

StoreFlow is recommended for stores with up to 1,000 active variants. This is current operating guidance, not a guaranteed technical maximum.

How many products are recommended in one cart?

Up to 50 distinct products per cart is the current recommended operating range. Larger carts require additional validation.

How many MOQ or Hide Price rules are recommended?

Up to 25 active MOQ rules and up to 25 active Hide Price rules are recommended. Larger libraries require additional validation.

How do Single, Any, and All work in MOQ Rules?

Single is one requirement. Any means one applicable requirement inside that MOQ Rule is enough. All means every applicable requirement inside that MOQ Rule must be satisfied. When multiple enabled MOQ Rules apply to the cart, every applicable rule must be satisfied; unrelated rules are ignored.

Can multiple Minimum Order rules apply at the same time?

Yes. Multiple applicable enabled Minimum Order rules can apply to the same cart, and every applicable rule must be satisfied.

Do Quick Order product sources combine?

No. Quick Order uses one source at a time: All active products, Selected collections, or Selected products. StoreFlow does not automatically fall back to All active products if a selected source becomes empty.

Can customers change Quick Order rows per page?

Yes. Merchants configure the default, and customers can choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page on the storefront.

How do multiple Hide Prices rules work?

Matching Hide Prices rules combine their restrictions. Customer-facing message content comes from the most specific matching rule: selected products, then selected collections, then all products. Existing rule order applies when specificity is the same.

How many products or collections can I select?

Up to 50 manually selected products and up to 20 selected collections are the current onboarding recommendations. Larger collection configurations require review and should remain below 50 in the current version.

Does StoreFlow support headless storefronts?

Headless storefronts are not currently part of the supported environment and require separate evaluation.

Does StoreFlow work with every Shopify theme?

StoreFlow is designed for Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, with Dawn and lightly customized themes preferred. Custom themes, carts, and third-party purchase controls may require compatibility testing.

Does StoreFlow guarantee every invalid order will be blocked?

No universal enforcement guarantee is provided. Merchants must test their storefront, cart, checkout, theme, customer tags, catalog, and installed apps before production reliance.

Are Minimum Order and MOQ paid features?

Yes. Minimum Order and MOQ Rules are included in the StoreFlow plan at $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

What happens if my store exceeds the recommended range?

The store may still function, but larger configurations require additional validation. Contact support before relying on StoreFlow in production.

Does StoreFlow provide an SLA?

StoreFlow does not currently provide a formal SLA, guaranteed response time, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed capacity.

How many merchants can use StoreFlow at the same time?

StoreFlow does not publish a fixed concurrent-merchant capacity. Current guidance assumes low-to-moderate traffic and limited concurrent merchant activity; higher-volume requirements need separate evaluation.

Will support modify my theme or another app?

Standard support does not include custom theme development, custom checkout work, third-party app code changes, or complex multi-app integration engineering.
